Need a good electrician

Just bought an Impreza comes with a Prestige alarm but I can't open/lock the doors with the keyfob; central locking button inside the car also not working only makes a beeping noise anybody know a good electrician in south/central?

u sure is not a error code of the ecu giving u that is deactivating the central locking
i know the subaru's are funny like that
