Hello all, I'm XAVIER. I'm a disabled veteran and I drive a 2017 WRX CVT.
My question and concern is related to the CVT Transmission.
Questions:
1. Is it required to install a CVT TRANSMISSION COOLER KIT to help prolong the life of the transmission?
2. Would it be feasible to have a transmission flush and instead of installing a CVT TRANSMISSION COOLER KIT, can I just use (by having the dealer) use a better quality transmission oil; instead of what the dealer usually use?
3. Last question, how could one monitor the Transmission's optimal (any idea what is the recommended) operating temperature?
Thanks for your time, your expert opinion will be helpful and appreciated.
