weird noise

got my ranger about 5-6mths now...2009 model manual 4x4
wen i lock all to the left and clutch down and put the left wheel on an incline or decline (and vice verse for the right wheel) i have been hearin a crazy noise...like springs adjusting to the pressure or sumting...anyone having/had that experience?
everyting on my front end is new still...the van is new..prob i need to underwash and shock oil??or grease?
