Need advanced electrician for an SX4

Advice please! My daughter's 2007 Suzuki SX4 is having a serious electrical issue. It will be driving along fine then drop into "safe mode" and restrict the engine to idle. Shutting down the engine and disconnecting the throttle body sensor and reconnecting it resets it until it happens again. OBD scans shows that the throttle is working correctly.
I need a pro who can find a short circuit in the wiring. I live in Petit Valley. Anyone you guys know who could sort this out without killing my bank account???
