LOL Good luck; most people with the VI still have their original engine and not selling. Those who don't have the original engine.... still not seeling. I think I saw a couple in the classified sometime ago, not sure if they were VI's though.

Man been there done that. I even posted an ad in that section, with no reply. None of those cars are the vi model. I specifically want a 3dr with the 1800vvc engine.
It doesnt really need the engine and box because i can source the parts, but the car i want.
still... good luck. The suspension isn't that much different, just the shocks and the rear stabalizer bar You're right, the shifter and pedals are VERY hard to find. And getting a VI...even harder.
