Skoda Octavia is it a good buy?

BRT....what's the cost of the 1.8T Octavia? I was interested in the 2.0 then to find out they stop offering that in TT....dunno why....it was the best value for money in the 2 litre class. And even though Skoda is part of VAG the Octavia still not offered with the 1.4 twin charged engine.....why?
