Pros and Cons between a pre owned japanese one against a pre owned UK one.....

Japanese tend to have less mileage and stricter service intervals... but this is just a general trend.

UK models tend to be the opposite.

Japanese Euro tend to be more expensive for a lower spec (sometimes) also be wary of infotainment systems from Japan they are often cheap aftermarket and in Japanese as opposed to the nice stock infotainment.
If the car is one with regular dials and buttons you have no issue tho.

That isn't always true about the radio. For example, BMW radios from japan will work right here in Trinidad, just change the regional settings on the radio functions.
Any radio can be changed.If its a japanese euro with an aftermarket radio means the harness adapters were added so makes it easier to put another aftermarket radio.
