Audi MMi Radio Tuner conversion from Japan to USA bandwidth

Does anyone have any ideas or info wrt to having the radio tuner on a 2013 A4 changed from Japanese bandwidth to our local Bandwidth.

The langauge was changed on the MMI easily but the radio and Navigation is still in Japanese.

Any info would be appreciated.
