Correct .... Cost of maintenance is higher .... Get your self a scanner
The abs wheel sensors (D.SC. Pulse generator) and steering racks were problematic on the 1st gen f30s.
Hope you're getting it at an excellent price .... Putting aside 20% of what you're paying for repairs.
