the original green arrow (Justin Hartley) played the role well,I wonder if the new guy could do the same.

So far, I think the show gets better with each episode. I don't like the use of big name villains for one episode then do away with them.
The acting is typical CW style acting & to me, the show starts off better than Smallville. I will admit that my interest in Smallville died after the 3rd or 4th season.

I’m apprehensive abt watching new tv series, for fear that I get hooked and then the mofos at the network cancel it. Still haven’t forgiven NBC for cancelling Surface a few yrs ago and leaving all the viewers hanging.
Might give this one a watch tho.
