Update Caroni is currently impassable after the cremation site heading out to the highway is totally flooded and also after the Caroni bridge heading out to SMR is flooded out still.

river after tcl in claxton bay has burst its bank. no water there in the road yet though. In front the scrap iron place is flooded however.

watching some efforts in bamboo, is some high high vehicles responding. i doubt license office would approve those without grease. i think its time they ease restrictions or widen restrictions on lifting vehicles. they still need to be safe when driving at speeds, but on smaller roads, they better able to handle road conditions.

Monday 28th November reported flood locations

Bamboo #2 in a lot of trouble. Water keeps rising it's now about 5 feet high in some places. Rain just fall non-stop for about an hour. If you know the area, Bamboo 2 is basically a sunken basin and the Caroni is held by levees in the back.
