I think most short but some will hold - maybe indefinitely or when they feel it's a good time to sell.

What u mean? You can sell it abroad and people will wire transfer usd. You can pay suppliers with it all over the world

You can convert it to other coins and sell locally

People buying usdt here openly for 8 to 8.5 to one all over
