Buccoo reef and Nylon pool

I'm planning a trip to tobago and would like to take my kids and folks to the buccoo reef and nylon pool. I've been there many times and the only way i know to go is on one of those party boats on store bay. The problem is those boats always have one setta loud music, rum drinking, weed smoking and questionable characters on board. Does anyone know of any of these boats that family friendly that would be appropriate for young kids and the elderly?
