Where and when were the skies shot?

Are they in the same location as the beach and river?

Is the "peninsula" to the right in this pic easily accessible?

yes @ low tide you can drive all the way ... but if tide comes up yuh have to wait till it falls again b4 you can get back onto the main road

yup 2 ways to get there either drive across the river mouth during low tide .. or u go thru the estate its the gate right b4 the big mayaro bridge and drive straight down I think it has a fee applicable not much abt $10- $20 , gives u running water etc ..

I see what you mean.. I linked the photos from one of my facebook albums, I dunno if that's what's making them look soft. Facebook tends to compress the photo's quality a bit IMO.

..or then again I'm only using basic equipment, I shoot with a Rebel XT and an S3-IS
