Was there Insurance for the event?
Does the Insurance cover jackassness like that?
Criminal Charges? Can any be laid?

police should have been involved

none but insurance is there to cover incidences like this

however if not properly covered the victim can get screwed and will have to take the promotoer to court

ask machel montano and co when the vip stands collapsed a few years ago
there is at least 1 victim who has had to spend over 20k US in medical bills so far

yes, seriously anything in public should really have insurance
even the local model airplane club has liability for 1m in case somebody gets hit

however the other question is if there is really any proper legislation to
avoid people denying liability and proper investigators to lay the blame.
Our police and fire service most likely have no legal teeth in this matter.

ok so I just came from the guy's house
Name:Raychlee Alexender
Age:22
Officers @Tunapuna Police Station conducting investigations.
Owner of bike and Rider will be present ,plus witnesses.
Bike impounded ....some kinda R1 someting.
Anyone want info about what ward this fella in let me know.
