Spent the night on Maracas jetty sat night, caught a 2foot "lipi", got fed up after a while, so we just lime until 10 Sunday morning...padner told me he saw a man pull up a 4ft tarpon and a 3ft paag by the salt factory that same night.

got alot of big bites in maracas, someting was scaring the smaller fishes.

looking to go salt factory this weekend to check out the scene.

^^.. When you are getting alot of small nibble and catching some small fishes and all of a sudden it just stop its because something huge must be lurking around. That what most people get mixed up with and pull in their line and move else where. Now it doesnt have to be so all the time but 60% of the times it happens..

like from the pics i post wit the tarpon i caught, I was catching alot of smaller fish and i had only one big line set out and all of a sudden all fish stop bite for a while and my friend them got fed up and wanted to go in and i say no! Then like 10mins after, my clicker on my reel just spool out!



That was just one of the outcome!

I catch d salmon on a live big eye fish. Apparently big eye fish supposed to be real good live bait.
