So Google is also going the Microsoft route.
Setting the bar yes. But also might take away business from partners (except of course Asus and HTC)

Anyone here running 3g data on their google nexus s? digicel's data keeps saying that my phone isnt compatible. I know the GT i9020 is not 4g but, shouldnt it run at 3g speeds otherwise?

Alright, a bit OT here, does anyone else who uses tapatalk have problems with this forum, as in subscriptions disappearing, seems to happen if I make a post from my browser, getting emails informing of new posts, when I don't want any.
I have problems also with this forum continuously logging me out and not going back to the thread I was viewing when I do log in, but that a whole other issue, I think.

And I have 3 other forums that I view using Tapatalk, without these issues, I am beginning to think the problem is not from my end.

That's where my problem is I lose subscribed topics, example I'm subscribed to this thread, if I post from my Web browser, when I come back, this thread is no longer there, annoying. And it only occurs with this forum.

Just realised that the google maps roads are finally corresponding with the actual satellite imagery.

Anyone posted about that before?

If u want a new phone now now, that's the best buy right now, but new Nexus at the end of the year, iirc you have a Nexus S, that would get jellybean in probably a month's time (crosses fingers) and you could get a Nexus 7 for 200 US, which could probably hold you over till year end, then you could sell both and new nexus, BOOM.

Oh sheit, you ask for a review lol, buy it, you really can't go wrong, but from people that are running Jellybean on it right now, battery life seems to have taken a small hit due to project butter

Impressive Google search.

The much faster hardware (radio and processor) will give an edge for Android. The voice is also more realistic. Google on the whole is also the fastest search on the planet, faster than Wolfram Alpha that is non-indexed fetch engine.

Notice that the iPhone behaves differently, though. Siri starts the response with a human-like response like "okay" or "the weather is fine" before giving the info. Whereas JB doesn't waste anytime with pleasantries, but just blurts out the info. Do you want a phone you talk to or a phone that you can talk with? Subtle difference but the iPhone seems more... personal.

I suspect Google will keep going that direction of information of demand like just stating how hot it is, while Siri seems to be going in the direction of simulated artificial intelligence by saying it's "very hot" or "feeling a bit cool today" and also suggesting things you can use to cool you down or warm you up.
