I have a vtm card which i use in the trinidad itunes app store. However, when funds run low and i try to download a free app it says i need to check my billing info. When i go to the billing section, there is no "NONE" selection for payment and apparently i cant download any free apps until i top up the card. Anyone knows why this happens.

Try making another account.
I have one account for the US store where i download free apps and one for the local store with my cc.

I don't know why it happens but this is just a temp solution.

For one BBM Users will shoot up,
