I've never known this set to be this silent so thought it kinda odd.

i noticed this pic while reading an article....on iOS 7, how would you backspace a number if you type the wrong one??
Shake to undo?

The press is heavily split with it more leaning towards the negative.

I'm on Trinituner asking what OTHER Trinituners think.
Where the "world" come in this.
SRASC wrote:Apparently Apple's Marketing team was responsible for the look of the icons. It's said that they are not final and could change between now and iOS 7 GM/Final.

I really don't want to go into too much detail as I don't know what can/cannot be said but honestly, this is a beta, i expected quirks and there are TONS. Tons more than ios 5 and 6 as a beta. Let's just say 80% of the apps I use will have to be updated. In some their are calculation mismatches even. I think however devs have their work cut out with all those 1500 new APIs to play with.
The new control center sucks. Where is a 3G toggle?
Battery life - well it's a beta, so don't bother to count that in.
Notification Center - it is cool as well as iTunes Radio which works quite well.
The look of the icons - I've grown accustomed to them.
Overall, I'm waiting to see how easy it is to get an HTC One Vanilla Version from the play store on the 26th.I kid you not.
I feel like how I felt in 2007/8 about Sony Ericsson. I know this is only a beta but Apple has a lot to do to sort things out. Right not i'm downloading 6.1.3 because too many of my apps are broken. I'll definitely miss the jailbreak and iTunes Radio though.
RASC I'd say 75% of all the major blogs dislike it.
P.S. if you use voice memos... don't even bother installing the beta. It's missing for some reason.
casper wrote:Dunno why ppl being so anal about ios7...the refresh is much welcomed in my books cuz I really couldn't handle using the same exact interface for a 6th year straight...it's about damn time they switched things up a little
They made lots of changes to the UI but yet still seemed to maintain a sense of familarness ...I applaud them for finally gettin the balls to change that tatoo'd iOS they had on their idevices for ages now cuz honestly that $hit was gettin very old

thank you!
All of these are also echoed by big devs as well, not just plebs like myself. minutes after WWDC @taptaptap was RT'n away all sorts of anti-iOS 7 stuff![]()
The dots thing is ok though, i like the status bar sizing, it's finally usable. IN ios 6 you can barely have Bluetooth, VPN and 3G showing without losing the battery percent.
I'm still waiting to see where is the "openess" Tim coined out at D11.
