Cunupia, cant remember the names [someone can help me out] - looked slightly upscale
Penco Lands - its ok, nothing special ....
Lange Park, there's a new development in there you cant check, looks good.
Edinburgh 500/Brentwood, New development going up there, would be completed in some months [CARRIBEAN HOMES is the developer, check there website]

All parcels in Brentwood have been sold.

Caribbean Homes Limited has more middle income developments planned for the area on the other side of the Honda River. They also have some commercial type developments planned for the area.

Personally, I find a large isolated spread in Gran Couva/Brasso Seco to be more appealing than the concrete jungle that is now Chaguanas.

I've checked out a few "big spreads" in gran couva etc., hear nah , they ar still extremely expensive. Not AS expensive as some in sugarwarnus, but still man. 2MIL for a piece ah land, granted it is a little bigger, but prohibitlvely expensive.

The place where Glennos have the houses? Nah, doh go and live dey nah.

point pleasant park in cunupia is nice. It is most similar to Lange park in terms of nice houses, large streets, etc.
The minister glen has his two houses there lol.
Land starts at around 1 mil per lot

Seen some decent locations at 1 - 1.5 mil, land alone... But then consider road, power, water, fence, foundation, house... not too sure on the caroni lands and legality to buy 5+ acres then do 1 acre home stead's, if I could do this legally i've got the investors to start tomorrow. But T/C etc...

Found 9 acres in Caparo for 900k but thats too far from the highway and work for me. Land was non approved etc but a homestead there would have been great for 6+ close friends if the location suited them and they got t/c approvals etc..

don't expect to pay anything less than 1.6m for a basic house in any half decent neighbourhood.
that is the reality of price increases.

A friend of mine lost his business property in 1990 coup because he got looted/burnt out in san juan
for a 200k mortgage with rbtt.
200k can barely buy a new car now.
