ok uwi is a government funded privately run institution . aka the govt does give money every month to various progs and to the univ to run day - day .

But we know that the average degree is 3 years.

6600 x 3 = 19,800

Assume master/PHD classes are half as big as undergrad. Does that mean 25% or more people that attend UWI never graduate?
