The factory unlock doesn't work if Findmyphone is enabled. In my case though it isn't stolen, when I get to the activation screen it just shows the person the account is linked to.

We will NOT remove iCloud from a unit in “Lost Mode”, meaning that the login area of the “Activate iPhone” screen has a Message From The Owner place, usually asking to call the number. This is serious, we can not see this on our end (without incurring cost) but our supplier will see this and refuse to refund if you ignore this rule. We will also make sure to attempt to retrieve the number from the database and will call it with your information if you do this. Again, very serious. Anyone having heat/performance issues with Yosemite?

Computer would get hot during routine tasks (web browsing with Safari) and really hot with Lightroom and fans wouldn't kick in at all. Also noticed Safari would lag sometimes when opening a new tab.

Went back to Mavericks and computer is running cool again. Mid 2014 MBP.

Guy said 5s, 4 days, $43-$4400.00, 1 year warranty.

Sounds good to me.

Will try and get the mom to bump up her budget unless someone knows where might have it for the $4k budget.
