RBC again?
That system they swear by seems to get into trouble every 2 years or so.

All this beat up and the receipt was actually a negative figure...RBC atm's register large negative amounts when account holders owe money..because the account has no overdraft facility in place and the system wasn't programmed to reflect that situation. He couldn't have withdrawn a cent if he tried

lol....correct...the problem is he tried to withdraw the moneys but could not. so he tuned to the media to expose the situation..lol
