Good night guys I have a small problem with my 6s the live pics that came with the phone when I setting it only remaining on still but when I set one of my live pics it automatically goes from still to live photo can this problem be fixed???

Are you talking about the backgrounds? i just tested it, both the ones that came with the phone and one I just tested it with only play when I press down on it.. set it as the background on the lock screen.

iPhone 6s Plus somehow batters Galaxy Note 5 in real-world speed test

When it comes to specifications, Apple’s latest iPhones look like they’re lagging far behind their Android-powered rivals. But thanks to super-efficient software, they’re not as slow and as outdated as they might look on paper.

This is demonstrated in the real-world speed test below, in which the iPhone 6s Plus somehow batters a Galaxy Note 5.

Before you watch the video, let’s just remind ourselves of the specifications in these flagship phablets.

The Galaxy Note 5 is powered by Samsung’s octa-core Exynos 7420 processor and 4GB of RAM. The iPhone 6s Plus, on the other hand, is powered by a dual-core Apple A9 chip and only 2GB of RAM. The Note 5 should be a clear winner here, then, but it’s not.

In a three-minute test carried out by PhoneBuff, which tests everyday things like app loading speeds and multitasking, the iPhone 6s Plus is a clear winner.



The most surprising part of this test is the multitasking element, which sees both devices quickly switching between apps. The Note 5 should win this easily with 4GB of RAM, but it still has to reload every app that’s reopened, while they’re stored in memory and load instantly on the 6s Plus.

Given that the Note 5 is the fastest Android-powered smartphone available right now, recently beating out the LG G4 and OnePlus 2 in another PhoneBuff test, it’s safe to say the 6s Plus is the fastest mobile available overall.

It should be noted that the Note 5 is no slouch. Without the 6s Plus alongside it, the device looks plenty fast enough, and I ran into no performance issues while I was using the device for my review. I did mention, however, that Samsung’s TouchWiz software can lead to some stutters.

Apple is updating the 27-inch iMac today with better specs and a better display. To start, Apple is making every model of the 27-inch iMac ship with a 5K display, which means you can now get that higher resolution for $1,799, rather than the previous starting price of $1,999. That 5K display is also getting a lot nicer, with Apple saying that it can display up to 25 percent more colors.

Anyone getting slow downloads lately from the Mac & iOS App Stores?

Apparently it's something of a widespread issue.

People with otherwise fast connections getting slow (100kb/s) or less downloads from either App Stores.

Maybe related to a Singapore server that Apple apparently uses.

Anyone noticed their data getting eaten up pretty fast this month , I had the wifi assist which Was one of the suspect additions to iOS 9 off from before this new billing cycle on the 10 th of this month. Tstt message me that I reached 75 % already so I suspect it had to be Facebook supposedly not shutting down in the background

My cellular data is high tho...so far used 1.5 gigs but I hardly ever out WiFi...switch off that WiFi assist just now..utter crap

I'll try the wifi data assist. Been trying to figure out how to use up this 5GB of data on the $525 Everything plan on bmobile. I sit in my office almost all day and that 5GB does not roll over.
