both the Fire TV Stick and Airport Express run 802.11n wireless. While that supports a theoretical bonded speed of 300Mb/s, it realistically may only give you ~120 to 150Mb/s. But that is already MUCH faster than your FLOW 30Mb/s connection! So adding wired will not add any additional speed since your internet connection is already slow than what your wifi is capable of.eaw_375 wrote:Makes sense thanks, i run netflix and prime on wifi via flow 30 mb with no issues using a airport express.
Live tv via kodi on the firestick does pose some issues, movies are a bit better. I watched the w cup qualifiers and cricket allstars which streamed pretty good this week.
Just wondering if android box with ethernet would work better than a wifi firestick with kodi.
Any views on the forum?
what makes the M8s better than the MxIII for you?Norton12005 wrote:Guys,
I recently bought two boxes from Online Android Companion on trinituner, one is an mx111 and the other is m8s.......both works good with the system he put on it.....The m8s however is the boss, I have ccloud, genesis, zemtv, zeetv, football today, football replay, njm soccer, etc............and everything is streaming excellent, I ma using flow 15mbs.......and no sticking at all.......So I dump my firestick....I now got my phone, surround sound system and tab.....connected to the box....

All these things are far too sketchy and unreliable IMO

Think its a problem with some devices
No settings are needed everything populates for itself
It works on the Gbox Q just fine no issues everything loads and plays, lots of streams does be offline.
Doesn't work with the Gbox MXII, NeoX8-H, MXQ, OUYA and FireTV (works sometimes)
thanks!gastly369 wrote:R-H-D wrote:Duane 3NE 2NR wrote:^ mobdro doesnt work for me - shows no content. A couple other users in this thread said the same thing - not sure why.

I'm using unblockus, have everything set up. But nothing.
Netflix and Kodi work fine.
