This happened to me years ago by Mt Hope where a driver pulled on me, hit the left hand side of my car. This resulted in a overcompensating reaction which then (I think as its all a blur) led me losing control and darting onto the opposing lane. I was extremely lucky as no one was near me when I crossed. But guess what I was probably going at just under 100km/hr. Hardly speeding.
Don't blame any of the victims until the facts are revealed.
What facts will be revealed???
I think the responsibility is clear while the drivers contribution is to be determined.
The median there allows cars to cross....that should not be.
Jersey barriers -properly designed and installed are designed to keep vehicles on their side.
Since the 60s they working.
As do the cable barriers.
Why the fack are we confronted with a median that sent Jillians vehicle airborne???
Whats the POINT of a median??
Whatever she was doing at that point in time is irrelevant speculation.

a person dying by their own actions does not make them an innocent victim.Dizzy28 wrote:I know we should not be victim blaming however a spade has to be called a spade.

The median is the problem??
Not speeding, not inattentive drivers but the median??
I know we should not be victim blaming however a spade has to be called a spade.

Which is why we have so many accident in this country. Trinis have lead foot.
