True eh, but they marking the empty store on the left by the center entrance in Gulf.
Piarco Plaza will be an ideal east location tho....

Piarco Plaza? Nah. If they going to the east/ or anywhere for that matter, should go where there's plenty of people traffic to start. Trincity Mall is the best option. Both rituals and coffee beanery are there but shouldn't be an issue. The rituals outlets are like kiosks. Coffee beanery? More expensive than rituals, Starbucks name also have more pull than them. After Trincity Mall, Shoppes of Trincity/ Massy stores place is an ok location.
Surprised downtown POS is not one of the four outlets though. U know how much people does be buying rituals everyday?

Aren't there already like 4 Rituals and a Coffee Beanery in Trincity Mall?
Opening yet another coffee place might not be allowed by the renter's agreements.

Piarco Plaza, Shops of Trincity and Shops of Arima have nothing on Trincity Mall. They all have potential but are still struggling to pull the tenants. Piarco Plaza and Shops of Trincity have been opened for more than a year and both have unrented stores.
was thinking the same thing!mero wrote:Lol imagine calling Grand Bazaar east in 2016

i don't agree with that. trincity only has a cinema as something extra. there are no better nor more special shops there, and food courts selling chinese, BK, KFC, roti, creole food that people can buy anywhere else. Anything one wants one can get at all the other major malls. I live about 20 mins from Shops of Arima is most days it's packed and full of cars, i bet it is literally now as i write. I won't be surprised if Trincity mall mgmt. realising a fall in visitor numbers

Many of the original businesses have left and mostly smaller businesses with little standing inventory remaining

I think the decor looks great. I like the architecture and look of that entire plaza.Swisha wrote:
