That's actually the current asking I know people asking for some crazy prices for sum not even a whole lot.
Secondly the bank making you find other clearences required as letter from carioni 1975 as well as from the health clearences from the district it belongs to..
But some places getting the valuation so it's possible to go tru the bank..make sure you get a valuation that ups the price a Lil.
