offer a reward for the apprehension of the criminal/accused open to the public & allow legislation so that we can have licensed fugitive recovery agents within the public find & apprehend them & take them in or call for pickup by the ttps or prison. prisoner back in custody quick fast, make the place look safer & build the economy.
To find the money to pay the reward for each convict's/accused's apprehension 3-4 popo just dont get paid for a month, & its justifiable to not pay them because they could not do the job they were being paid to do & somebody else doing it better than them.
Add a dead or alive option for those convicted of crimes like murder, wounding shooting, arms possession etc.

If she went to those lengths to plan that escape , she decided she not staying here. She already planned how to leave the country and they only missed her the next day at roll call.
