I didnt see you getting excited about the Apple IIe and IIc or the Mac Classic or the iBook

they've upgraded the Mac every year and still call it the Mac every year (not even add a number), that would have put you to sleep!

i had a g4 eh...just cuz i never really used to post everything i buy from apple on this trhead doesnt mean i never supported them in the early days too...

back in early 2000's i had one of those orange all in one desktops from them as well

waz with the beat up over the iPad mini? Don't think Apple is suggesting that u have to buy a mini if u already have an iPad. It's just an option for ppl with smaller budgets or just want something smaller.

Google is most likely going to announce a Nexus 10 tablet next week. Should they not do that because there's already a Nexus 7?

What's different in the new iPad 4

Let’s take a look at what the fourth generation iPad brings to the table. It’s packing the new Apple-designed A6X chip with quad-core graphics, which is the chip we originally speculated would be in the third generation iPad. It’s also sporting a 5-megapixel iSight camera, a front-facing HD FaceTime camera, expanded LTE capabilities, a Lightning connector, and dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n/ Wi-Fi for improved speeds.

This afternoon, Phil Schiller promised that the A6X chip will deliver twice the performance of the A5X chip in the third generation iPad, which is clearly the biggest draw of the new tablet.

most obvious physical difference is the Lightning connector used in the iPad 4, whereas the 3 had the regular iPod connector

the ipad mini, is simply a smaller ipad, if you dont want it, dont buy it, you dont NEED to buy everything from Apple as it comes out.. You do realize Apple will keep making both sizes right?
