Some of the teams were on Synergy sports yesterday and while some said it they were just out to have fun, a few said they seriously wanted to brake the record and "put trini on the map" .....man done boastin', saying they going to land in Venezuela, Panama and Tobago...feel it easy!

the RedBull Flugtag facebook event had 11,000 ppl attending last week - expect twice that on the day.

What should I bring to enjoy the day?You don't need to bring much - there will be a variety of food and beverages available on site though spectators are welcome to bring their own cooler and refreshments.



Beach towels, sun protection and suitable clothing for all weather conditions is recommended, whilst the following items should be left at home: glass containers, alcohol (buh WDMC), pets (a.k.a. wives), skateboards, thongs (see warning for pets) and rollerblades.

Can I bring/consume alcohol on site/at the event?No, Red Bull Flugtag is an alcohol free event (buh WDMFC, is boat fuh it!!!!).

redbull spoke to us about when getting our crafts down to pier 1, we're taking it down from friday, and going down on sunday by boat, partner will pick us up at the hyatt, and we head down, cuz if we have to drive........ lawd, they told us that all teams should be down there before 7am
