Some of those only work in one orientation so try switching them around,if they don't work then those are some real crappily made ones

Lightning cables have a microchip in it that let's the device know its a legit cable. Without this chip, or with a fake, the cable won't work.

10th - iPhone 5S announced
13th - iPhone 5S pre-order
18th - iOS 7 release
20th - iPhone 5S release

Them cheap cable not too good. I had buy 10 for 20us. The wires always break close to the lightning connector. If you good with a soldering iron the cables will last for a long while.
I repaired about 5 of them already and the give all functions as the original ones.
