mine took 17 mins to download and 34 mins overall on an iPhone 5 on a 25Mb Flow connection

Well now unfortunately there seems to be a problem. iCloud's terms and conditions have changed & they want me to accept them.
No problem, except that I can't connect to the server to read & agree to those new terms.

I use Pandora every other day, and it works great. Try hotspot sheild and see how it works for you.

Holy crap... I used my VPN on my PC and installed Vevo... thanks man. I don't know why it didnt work before.
BTW you pay for HSS? I have an iPhone membership but it didn't carry over to android... I'm not really willing to pay for it and VPN support is shoddy on android. I couldn't get the VPN i used on iOS to work.

I have pandora also, a hacked one i got from xda... but... i can't get around paying for HSS again...

Haha glad it worked man! No probs. I don't pay, I use the free version. Just turn it on, fire up Pandora and I'm good to go. I mainly use it at the gym and sometimes while driving and it lasts as long as I need it, generally 2-3 hours. So I don't think there's much limit on the free version.

Take off iPad mini and put it back on and ud see the update guys...I had to do that with my mini as well

such a seamless upgrade that was

Can't avoid it. You'd end up in the same situation. That's the problem here. I'm not trying to avoid it, I am not getting the chance to agree to it for it function properly.

The mini was turned off. Did an update to 6.* initially and after that no more update.

If anything download the firmware file yourself & update it through iTunes

Press Shift (Windows)/Option (Mac) when pressing Update in iTunes to select the downloaded file, though I wouldn't recommend it with Apple's servers being as hammered as they are now with iOS 7 & iTunes downloads.

Figured out a work around.

Download Find My Friends and it'll ask to do the same agree to iCloud terms and conditions. Do so via the app and it will reflect on the iOS device as well. Problem solved.

Until I see a Cydia icon on iOS7 it can stay exactly where it is.

If you are not seeing iTunes Radio, hard restart your device and start the Music app.

If you are seeing "your device is up to date 6.0.1" etc just keep retrying - eventually it will show iOS 7 update available.

Apple servers seem to be bombarded with users not only attempting to update the OS but also to update all their apps and download new apps.
