^ the rain didn't cut it short. The racing was cut short because the parade took longer than anticipated.

He may not have circuit racing experience, but he is familiar with the track at speed.

He could have been faster if one of the cars behind him had flashing blue lights.

First off... thank the mayor of sando and the council ! They pushed for the event to happen... great exercise in marketing. Kamla made the event, which was amazing to see... considering the Minister of Sport did not seem to be present.

City of Sando was very happy with the turnout so far.

Forget SCCA rules, we don't have enough space or approval for events to start equalizing cars IMO... the cars in the runs were extremely under or over classed.... no matter... the event went on and it was good. spectators were hard pressed to find good viewing areas on the skinner park side of the road tho.

^ from all reports the Minister of Sport underwent minor surgery over the weekend and was unable to make the event. He was in touch with the event coordinators throughout the process leading up to the event though.

What makes you think so???

Dex drivers do not drive more 50 or 60mph in anything higher than 2 gear, how much experience do they have racing flat out in 400 to 600hp racing machines???

You got to be kidding.

I keep forgetting that the majority of people on this forum gained their automotive knowledge from the fast and furious movies.
