Kieth/government policies are two weeks behind in when they should have been implemented.

This is all about compliance. The hardest part of Keith's job is to convince people to actually follow the regulations. If he brought regulations that were too strict too soon, the population would see him as a villain; an enemy, and not comply.

He need to balance livelihoods and lives as far as possible. This necessarily means waiting until the situation is blatantly obvious to everyone to put new regulations into effect. Keith knows Trini behavior. He is Prime Minister because he knows how Trinis will react.

I have faith in Keith. God put him here to guide us in this time.

Ministry of Tourism, T&TEC accountants and hundreds of admin staff, many private company offices, full floors of officers workers in IFC-C have been made essential workers.

Yesterday and today I've heard had level traffic heading into Port of Spain......and y'all wondering why covid spread is still rampant.

An engineer friend was told she would be fired if she kept insisting to work from home or work on rotation. She works in an office with over 40 people and no one except her wears a mask indoors. She also has elderly sickly parents and is contemplating quitting her job right now, but obviously given the economy she decided not too.

They could be in breach of OSHA MOH protocols she should take them to court

I know places that are not rotation. And threatening to let go staff. So workers are having a little fun. Coughing randomly and purposely sneezing. All within earshot of management

so I rewind CNC3 and yes, can confirm they put up 276 deaths on the chart. BUT Ria Rambally say 189, the correct figure. Don't read too much into a typo.

The most concerning thing is a lady drop dead at a bus stop in Tobago. She was fighting for air and couldn't breathe.

CNC3 news also had a big segment on the vaccination distribution not really going smoothly at all, but i put that in the other thread.

I highly recommend replaying CNC3 news tonight if you haven't seen it yet.
