CLEARLY that's what happened there...he hit Officer Rajbodow's hand with his face...poor officer, stunned by the attack, reached for his firearm in self defense, but his damaged wrist wouldn't permit him to draw

so the officer is left handed based on where the firearm is located, and the rasts collected a right handed slap form the left handed police, hmmm imagine if officer used his left hand to initiate slap, he would've decapitated rasta?

the officer actually did a very good job of misdirection,
he made the ras think he was left handed so the right hand was totally unexpected

Well if Police Complaints Authority investigating is 1 of 2 this will happen,1] next 5 years the case will reach on an investigator desk or 2] not i damn thing will come out of this. Rasta will have to take legal action in court against the office for assaulting him if he get a Station to take the report and spend money on a lawyer to get the officer convicted of assaulting him...........

Behaviours founded in true ignorance by definition can never be rationalised.
What is for certain is that peoples who embrace and participate in these things can never achieve equilibium in there existence and in many instances do not achieve longevity.

[e-gangsta]Dat vid iz funny as fork. Ras look fuh eet. But if a police man slap me like dat when I clearly made no physical contact with him and was also complying, he's a dead man. A simple arrest would have sufficed. this post soon to be reported[/e-gangsta]

LMAO @ those talking about police enforcing the law. Again its the usual know-It-Alls who doing a UWI degree and read a few text books and doz come on Tuner and feel dey r lawyers talkin dotishness. DON'T YOU KNOW THE OFFICER ACTED OUTSIDE OF THE LAW WHEN HE SLAPPED THE FELLA???

U idiots don't see that when you support the officer for "restoring order" that statement is a paradox IN itself. Here is a guy who acted outside of the law - which is there to maintain order, yet you're saying he is restoring order??????? WTF :?
Does that make sense to you? If he simply arrested the man and acknowledged his right, so much tax payers money would have been saved. Now there's a whole process that must take place to prosecute this officer, had he stayed within the law, and maintained an order, all this would have been avoided.
