Everything was as normal this morning. They haven't used any of the new ramps yet. They were setting up jersey barriers on the ramps on the south side when I passed there around 8.40am.

Just passed there, the lines for the north/south traffic on the north side were painted, none on south side.
No traffic lights were up yet and did not see any workmen, unless they showing up to work later tonight it doesn't look like this change happening for tomorrow Monday.

It's just the Chinese construction company that made the temporary signs using their own people. When the local engineer saw it in the morning he obviously told them the error. This kind of stuff happens all the time. Curepe is really a weird word though (Amerindian), and most foreigners can't pronounce it at all. Chaguanas is another hard to pronounce Amerindian word.

as we on this highway, there is a house literally on the edge of a new road that was paved(if you are heading west, you will notice it on the left)...that house staying there??

yeah rohani say they got paid for a piece that was taken from them and no more.

real pressure for them at the start, they got flooded out twice when the pipes were busted and plenty dust at start
now the turnoff is right off the edge of their property and house.

they should have taken their entire property as I believe laws are there is supposed to be a certain amount of road reserve boundary between properties and road/highway.

we still not hearing how much they taking from pizza boys/kfc side

Work seems to be ramping up, additional lanes being graded, just saw 2 cranes on site and it appears that the overpass columns have started

Can't wait for this to finish. Maybe its coincidence maybe its causation but my evenings commute have increased by an average of 20mins since they closed the intersection and moved to the new one with the mobile traffic lights.

It was carded to finish today...pushed to November, hopefully they don't delay again
