I think it has something to do with FCB in general, I can't pay for tokens for OpenAI for example right now....

PayPal is USD payment they receive. They not stupid. Smells like a USD grab to me.
They always have some dotish offer for bonus minutes/data (which expire after 10 days or so and only takes effect after all your minutes /data is completely used up) if you top up from foreign.

Just curious if the Internet is down for the Barataria area? Been at least 2 hrs now. Normally would see ppl complaining on Twitter but not seeing anything so making me wonder if it's only my connection.

Anyone else experiencing slow speeds with Digicel since earlier today?

Just started getting very slow speeds fluctuating between 1-20mb download but upload is over 200mb. Getting trouble streaming hulu as well. In Arima.

Tried yesterday afternoon and today - still not working for me. I'm using RBL and VISA - call the bank today and they said they would allow the payment and still nothing. What bank and credit card you used?

Ohh, I didn't try the linx/debit card - ended up going in-store to pay. Would try the linx next time.
