To answer your question . The tablets are temporary short term relief it doesn't last forever. Eg arcoxia 24 hour pain relief.
Long term relief is get healthy eat healthy. I admit it is very difficult with all the processed food and additives we have in them now versus 50 years ago ..

Another cool story.. a guy I know had headache vision problems etc etc. Went and got glasses. Tablets would fix it right? He was a undiagnosed diabetic. Got his blood sugar under control and voila no need for meds and eyesight returned to normal..

How many of us sitting at a desk for hours.Posting on tuner in work. Sitting in car in traffic to and from work or in taxi or bus. Kids dont run and ride bike but on tablet and games and facebook. Too much of a sedentary lifestyle.

how old are you now? there was a mass drive in 2001/2002 in high schools to get 1 or 2 injections (i cant recall what they were for) but every student had to get it.

Many seem to think once you’re vaccinated you can stop wearing masks, stop social distancing and go lime. That mentality is causing surges in even highly vaccinated countries because there is still a lot of the virus around.
