So if some employees due to medical conditions cannot take the vaccine, after consulting with their medical practitioners stated no to the vaccine, can't they take that employer to the industrial court for discrimination, seems unjust that vaccinated are offered bonuses but the unvaccinated must salt .....I always thought bonuses were paid based on exceeding targets not based on vaccination status

secondly, bossman need a better mask and probably should double mask. double masking makes the mask fit better, too.

lastly, I know bossman want his workers ("herd") to be vaccinated and I know that it is his business and money at stake. But taking away bread from employees, financially punishing them, is the wrong way. That inherently creates hostility. Bossman should instead give a bonus for getting vaccinated, maybe provide time off, free transport, etc, as incentives. That rewards people and put them in a good mindset to comply, a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down, etc.

at the end of the day, it's all business - people livelihood on the line. another lockdown sure to decimate more poor people. because most of us here are lucky we dont feel it does not mean 'things smooth' and 'lewwe open everything up now'. it's all two-sided and that's the reality.

Someone familiar with Industrial Relations told me that he can't take away a bonus from ppl that they were already getting I.e annual xmas bonus if they are not vaccinated. However he can offer a new bonus as an incentive.

There are alot of websites and videos out jus like the mainstream pro vaccines ones. This is like one big general election, pro vs con, party vs party, same difference. The vaccine has an efficacy of up to 95 percent against death from the Delta variant, and up to 71 percent against hospitalization, the researchers reported. (The vaccine did slightly worse against the Beta variant, which is thought to be more adept at sidestepping the immune response than Delta.)

“We believe this vaccine is doing what it was designed to do, which was to stop people going to hospital and stop them ending in I.C.U.s and dying,” said Dr. Linda-Gail Bekker, co-lead of the study and director of the Desmond Tutu H.I.V. Centre at the University of Cape Town.

Nobody had issues with other vaccines in the past or now other than antivaxers.
