I agree with you that the tech support is par none, but the fact you have to pay for it is ridiculous, don't you agree?

if you call tstt for tech support from digicel ent yuh have to pay, if you call from bmobile to de bmobile tech support it free...if you call from flow to tech support that is free. Not defending anyone but its common sense

My Flow connection has been performing like crap for the past month.

I have to reset the modem multiple times daily.

Severely affecting my ability to play Fifa online at this point.
