Your prices will have to be competitive, there is ACL and a host of side of the road and underhouse people who do the stuff you want to offer, and they already have their customers. You will have to aggressively promote and market your services. Good luck though and even more luck with sourcing good employees.

I’d advise that you start off by offering services that none of the established businesses in the area are offering…eg. straightening and painting might be a good start since I’m not aware that either Automotive Components or Street Concepts offer that, plus you also have experience in that field.
If the established businesses don’t see you as a threat to them, they’re more likely to refer their customers to you for services they don’t provide. That way you can build a customer base before expanding and offering more services.
On another note, Congrats on having the balls to go out and start your own business. You haven’t mentioned financing but if that’s something you’re looking for, make sure you utilize the state agencies that are there to help entrepreneurs, like NEDCO and Business Development Company.

sounds like a great idea - sort of how will castro does it on his show

for d body section u shud keep it to a certain level though , no fixing 25+yr rotten down ole car & patching floor kinda thing .

Most u wud want d trouble of going thru is replacing a dent up door , fender or bumper - wud be more profitable to do d easier paint over\change color type jobs ....
