jus handled some bodi and gizzard with whole wheat roti and a lil pepper sauce. that rel lash. i also tried it stew and it lash.

good low budget meal there, high protein and whole wheat for the fiber.

stew may not be the best prep. for meat, given the sugar and oil required

not really, u can stew without oil and little to no sugar. u can also use ketchup. but the majority of pple stew and curry with endless oil.

I cut out roti and rice from my diet since the beginning of sept. (except on Eid). Only eating veggies as carbs.

jus thought i would bump this as the xmas season influences lots of unhealthy eating habits. share some recipes to keep the cholesterol down and keep those fat cells in check.

peanut butter , raw oats and low fat milk ..... this actually is an entire meal.. by the time you drink this, it really fills u up.. Add sugar if preferred but peanut butter has sugar already.
