gibbs and he boys should formulate a plan to utilise ian and inshan wrt crime fighting. people would rather go to them than go to a police station and face ridicule and "waste of time" questions. i agree that ian likes himself real plenty and he might not approach every situation with the proper tact.....but he has helped real people and brought plenty wrongdoing into the light!

on numerous occasions ian say y he must do all d hard work gathering info & jes hand it to gibbs so he (gibbs) go get all d credit , also said he will pass on d info to senior officers & not gibbs


i find dat to be very flippin selfish , u say u care about d country but u eh want to work with d head of d police & u bashing d man almost everyday from since day 1 ....
