How on earth is "misplaced contacts names with phone nos" a network problem?

Just spoke to TSTT and they acknowledged problems with myspot 4G service in Couva. The person I spoke to (this time) at least created a numbered query in their system so that I could be refunded for the lack of connectivity that was no fault of my own. Only problem is that it takes 2 - 3 billing cycles to get any rebate.
