lol i never tried a doubles....ud have to add enough water to blend it...if u really wanted to try that...might work..
My sister in law uses the MB. I bought the nutri bullet to make my morning smoothies ...i blend up whole grapes with seeds n stuff. I try to avoid adding milk or sugar just to keep it as healthy as possible. Its tasty but u have to use sweet fruits..wana add some oats just to see what it would taste like

trying to reduce dairy and sugar. Too much dairy isnt good for anyone and both my parents have diabetes so im trying to be careful about the sugar

The way you said it implied it was unhealthy, anything taken out of moderation is unhealthy as for the diabetes depending on the type your parents had sugar may not be a determining factor in you getting it....

mom is on insulin. I have totally stopped drinking soft drink over a year now. Diabetes is scary! but the way i see it, the smoothies are 100% fruit, that cant be bad...it may not always taste good depending on the type of fruit and whether it is naturally sweet but i like them. I add flax seeds too, sometimes black seed oil...i try all kinds of combinations

Soft drinks and stuff bad for u like everything else if you have it in xs! But sugar is linked to onset of type 2 diabetes type 1 is more genetics and a few other factors not all of which are known. So no need to panic over sugar unless you don't have self control... Quitting soft drinks all nice and well eh...

drinking some lemon juice is supposed to help regulate insulin levels.....apple cider vinegar and grapefruit juice too.....I prefer lemon juice though....
