after u buy d place for 25mill, den spend another 50mill or more in infrastructure, when u starting to see $$$, esp wid a culture of ppl who hate to walk any lil distance & rather squeeze a park right outside wey dey goin

Exactly...

Theres a multi story carpark very very close by and is utilised mainly by a subsiduaryof the facility/group. Carpark of that level will not make the kinda money required to clear a profit anytime soon, at that location.

The Spearmint idea is exactly whats needed there and will score big...
