I do capoeira as a activity to keep in shape these days all d thing u know bullets go humble yuh a$$ dont matter which style u practice get shot na same effect alyuh watching to much ong bak

Anybody knows where the fight school from Aranguez moved to? The one that was out by the highway.

Central Athletic Club, its like $350 or so a month or you can pay by the session which is like $50, had my 1st class Friday was intense as hell, i'm hooked!

did alot of courses over my lifetime ....and commando street fighting is the best for real situation self defense.......shapes you into something else......

Agreed, alot of formal/traditional martial arts focus on kata and form but it isn't the most practical for street fighting.

yup most martial arts kung fu demos are strictly choreographed .....it will not work in real time.....commando streetfighting takes the kung fu traditional moves and delivers it to real time executions.....and a good course does not include working out...you want to work out go do aerobics...a good class is supposed to train you to be semi lethal with yourself and environment within 2 weeks then you expand.....
