how old is the virgin who picked the coconut?

icacos and many other places^^...guess you are trying to ask the shelf life?...we do fresh batches every two weeks...the virgin shelf will be longer because no heat was used for extraction...i'm using a bottle that is about six months old and it still maintains the fresh taste...
