Roystonia seems a decent place. A word of warning the minute you let PNM ppl in your hood it will downgrade. Expect Jamaican culture, loud music which is noise and loads child mother's .

Traffic: couva main road always have traffic, 2 lane with no shoulders and most businesses don't have parking. The rivulets road becomes inundated at rush hour but you have the bypass road by the heliport and perseverance roads to help.

Community facilities: couva has a community swimming pool and just now you can use the aquatic centre for a better swim. Roystonia has a beautiful a\c community centre and lots of open spaces for play. A dedicated play park does not exist. Has a government run early childhood centre that gets great reviews.

Flooding: couva is flat so when a lot of rain falls the water builds up then runs off fast.

Crime: as with everywhere in Trinidad you need some sort or security for deterrence and peace of mind.

Utilities: ttec reliable, water is a lil brown sometimes but never gone for more than a day. Tstt, flow available where lines exist.

Neighbours: in my street we talk, come out in evenings and lime, look out for each other, even had a old years blocko last year.

But they are no longer developing, so you have to do a repurchase to acquire a house in here. Typical 2 bedroom evaluates at $650k to $1.5mil for modified houses

in phase two sometimes there isn't water for 3-4 days
